My birthday make-up look 


It's my birthday tomorrow so I thought I would do a make-up look as I've got family coming round today to celebrate it with me. 

For primer I was debating between the benefit porefessional or the rimmel fix and perfect primer which is a clear gel that just smooth's onto my skin really nicely.




For foundation I've used my trusty max factor face finity foundation as it's the one foundation the keeps me flawless all day long and it doesn't feel to heavy on the skin. 

For concealer I used my favourite two that I always used if I'm doing a full face of make-up. for blemishes and redness I've the collection lasting perfection concealer and even through I always used the picture I have recently picked a new one. For under my eyes I used the barry m flawless light reflector concealer which is great for creating brighter under-eyes.




For contour I used my favourite product the maybelline master sculpt which just gives a nice dimension to the face without it looking to dark. 



For adding light to the face I also use a recent purchase which is the revolution radiance palette. 

   

Eyes wise I know I talk about it all the time but I just love the urban naked 2 for creating an amazing light smoky eye. 


For mascara I used my favourite mascara which is the maybelline lash sensational this just does something amazing for my lashes and most importantly it also last's. I hate those mascara's that give you the volume but then it kind of where's of. 


Finally for lips I've used two product's which is my new MAC lipstick in bombshell and the rimmel OH MY GLOSS in stay my rose which doesn't really have any colour it just adds a nice shine.

Top 3 concealer's

Top 3 concealer's I think concealer is something that people get confused about, what shade to pick and where to put it. This is because there two types of concealer's one that is meant to be use for spot and blemishes, which most people know about and then there is also highlighting concealer's which are used to add light to your face but still concealer's light blemishes and small blemishes within those area's.  The most famous highlighting conceal is the YSL Touche Eclat which is even through is good it's pretty pricey at £25.00. So I was in boots a while ago and saw that Barry M have tried to do a high street alternative. This is the flawless light reflector concealer, the only thing I would say about this is that it claims to be total in perfection cover. top 5 nude lips

Top 5 nude/ neutral lips  My first one is probably the most expensive of my five and it's the Clarins instant lip perfector. This product is kind of light a natural gloss which a slight colour. The scent of this product is just amazing it smells like vanilla and I just love it!! Like I said before it's the most expensive one at £18.00. My next one is from maybelline and if you saw my post earlier in the week then you may have already seen this but this is probably the most bold colour of the five but still very wearable. This is the maybelline colour sensational in petal pink. I really like this colour because it's not quite matte but it so nearly is. My third one is from rimmel and it's called nude pink. Shade name wise I think that this is quite disappointing as a nude pink I think of being a your lips but better, however this lipstick has quite a orangery undertone.
