Shop my stash!!

Image
SHOP MY STASH!! So recently I have been looking through my collection and realised that I have a lot of product's that I don't used a lot. These product's used to be product's that I love but being a beauty blogger you're always trying something new.  So following that I thought that I would put them all into a bag and try to use them as much as I can. I'm not going to say that I'm going to use these religiously but I feel that if I put them into a bag and keep them in front of the shelf that I store of all my beauty product's. So for base I have recently purchased in the last few months the pure colour liquid foundation in porcelain. I really liked this when I first bought but kinda of forgot about it as I was just using my old favourites.  As it's getting a lot colder now I find that my foundation doesn't lasts as long without powder. However I generally use my rimmel stay matte powder so I've put that one

L'oreal volume million lashes

Image
L'oreal volume million lashes-so couture The volume million lashes line seems to have been around for ages. However up until recently I hadn't actually tried one. So while browsing in boots I thought that I would pick up the so couture version from the range. I really like this because it's not only gives you a curl but it hold's it as well, I find that some mascara with give you volume and length but after a while your lashes just look coated. However this mascara give's you incredible volume and really helps finishes that smoky eye look. If you like to build up your mascara for that dramatic look. You can pick this up for £9.99 so yes it is more expensive than other mascara's but in my opinion it is worth it.

Revolution Ultra blush Pallette

Image
Revolution Ultra blush palette  Un-natural blushes I find sometimes hard to work with as I sometimes end up looking like a clown. However this time of year is the time that you want that flushed look where you have just have come from outside. As you see you have the very bright pinks but also the brown shades which are also great for autumn. The one thing that I would say that if you are using quite bright colours on your cheeks then try and keep you're eyes and lips neutral so you don't go OTT. The palette retails for £6 which is such great value.

Very Baisc everyday makeup product's

Image
Very basic everyday make-up product's  I have been doing a couple of post's recently on make-up looks. So following that I thought that I would run through the product's that I use day to day.   For base I don't like anything to heavy for two reasons. One it's not good for my skin to put a really heavy foundation on and two it takes ages to blend!! That's why I love using the bareminerals complexion rescue it's a gel formula so it's a lot lighter but still has good coverage.  It will no surprise that I am using my favourite mascara on a everyday basis. The is the maybelline lashsensational and I just find this to give me really good length and formula really quickly. Sometime's if I'm really in a rush I won't put anything on my lids but if I do it's generally the Maybelline colour tattoo in either permanent Taupe or On and On bronze which is bad to the bronze in the states. I really like this for just giving a wa

Maybelline master sculpt

Image
Maybelline Master Sculpt Master Sculpt was released earlier this year as a affordable contour kit. within the kit their is a highlight shade and a contour shade. Within the packaging their is also a brush to apply the product and a mirror to application on the go. This is a really good dupe for the high-end contour kits as well.  This product is also good if you have pale skin because you can apply this very lightly or if you want a bolder contour then this can be done as well. The highlight is also very good as it's not to shimmery and doesn't make you look like a glitter ball. It does however give you a nice sheen.  The product retails for £6.99 and you can purchased it from all maybelline stockists. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get into contouring but doesn't want to splash on the more high end palettes such as hourglass or Anastasia beverly hills.

Maybelline Colour sensational matte lipsticks

Image
Maybelline Colour sensational Matte lipsticks Maybelline have recently released a collection of matte lipsticks. I have picked up two from the range which are 940 rose blush which is a very bright poppy pink it kinda of reminds of the collection field day collection lipstick that I picked up in the summer. The other shade that I have is 950 magnetic magenta which is a very dark bold pink. The range has 6 colour and they are on the bolder sides of shades. I generally don't like matte lipsticks as I find them very drying and not very comfortable on the lips this product feels very comfortable and you don't have to worry about blending. These lipsticks cost £6.99 each I would really recommend them.

October Favourites

Image
october favourites So it's that time of the month again where I write about the thing that I have loving this month. I know have recently done an all time favourites post but this is what I'm loving right now.  So the first thing is my naked 2 palette I have loved Urban decay shadows for a long time but recently I have been going to a lot of family events so I have been using this to create different looks.  It's that time of year again that my skin becomes very dry and needing to be moisturise. My favourite body this month is the righteous butter from soap and glory. I really like this as the scent lingers and it's also very relaxing for the skin. What I tend to do is put a thick layer of this on before I go to bed and then when I wake up in the morning my skin is so soft.  Lips wise I have been wearing the revlon matte balm in elusive a lot this month. I included this in my post yesterday so go check that out if you want to know more.

My favourite make-up items EVER !!

Image
My Favourite make-up items So as I've been writing my year for about a year now I thought that I would write about my all time favourite make-up items in the different categories.  So for base I find this quite hard as I tend to switch up my favourite foundation a lot depending on what my skin is doing the particular day. So I thought what foundation do I use the most and it's go to be the Boujois heathy mix serum and I know I've spoken about this  a lot but it's just a nice base as it's really light but still has good coverage.  For concealer this is going to be no surprise to anyone at all and it's the collection lasting perfection concealer. This is talk about so much online and it's just so good. I have talk about this a lot so I'm not going to go into too much detail but trust if you haven't tried it give it a go because it's so cheap and so good.  For blush I am absolutely in love with the revolution ultra b

Disappointing products!

Image
Disappointing product's  Just to warn you before hand this post is going to quite a negative post but this is the first one I've done and generally I only buy products after doing a lot of research.  My first one is the sexy mother pucker from soap and glory. I have done a separate post for this product so if you want to know more about this read that post. I just find this really gloopy and sticking and not easy to wear.  My next one is a lipstick from topshop and this is in the shade petal. This is a very very pale pink, now I normally like that "your lips but better shade" however this shade is just too pale and gives you dead looking lips and also I have used this lipstick like twice and the product has actually pushed against the packaging leaving a mark in the product so if could actually snap of.  And finally I have been really disappointed by the Garnier intensive 7 days nourishing lotion. This is really nice on the skin

brand focus makeup look- rimmel

Image
Brand focus make-up look- rimmel  For mascara I've used 24hr super speed volume flash mascara. Which I think is fairly new product but I cant find must info about it. However this because it does give you a good curl and hold's it as well. Glam'eyes mono eyeshadow spicy bronze. This is a really nice shade if you're like and have brown eyes. The shade is almost a metallic finish without being too much. The blush that I have used is the lasting finsih mono blush in live pink. This isn't my favourite as it does have quite a lot of shimmer in it. The colour however is quite natural and does give you that nice flush so it can look quite natural especially this time of year.  Normally I don't generally use highstreet/ drugstore primer's but this one is really nice. It's clear so if you're like me and have very pale skin then this primer won't mess will the shade of your foundation. However it's very matifying and help your
