Blogmas day 3 November empties

I realised that I haven't done an empties in quite sometime which means that my empties has been filling up.  So starting of with hair product's I have been loving the Charles Worthington Everyday gentle Micellar shampoo and conditioner. This is amazing shampoo and conditioner for just washing your hair. sometimes because I don't dye my hair and find that I don't need heavy hair products to wash my hair. Moving onto makeup I have one makeup item which is the Maybelline Lash sensational mascara. This is one of my favourite mascara's and have already purchase another one.  I have 3 body butter that I have finished over the last few months. Two of the are actually the same product but in different sizes this is the righteous butter from soap and glory. One of them is full size and one is the 50ml size that I got in a gift set. I really love this product and will repurchased soon when I have finished a couple of others. The last one is another mini size w

As many of us work in a office or in a large team of people Secret Santa is generally something that most of us take part in. However what do you buy for someone who you barely know is or new to the company. M&S at the moment are doing these mini emergency kits. They retail for £10.00 each which is around the price of most secret Santa gifts anyway .They come with buttons, hair grips, clear nail varnish, nail file and a mini sewing kit.  For the joker of the office, the Christmas joke box is a great idea and it's only £7.73 available on amazon! For the beauty lover these Caudalie divine oil Christmas bauble are so cute and only £7.20! Such a good idea and a present from a higher end brand.           I saw this mug on amazon and just thought that was the easiest secret Santa gift! Only £6.99! I always find that notebook are sometimes a great secret Santa gifts depending on who they are! This Zoella notebook is very cute and great for s

So it’s the start of another month of festivities as we countdown to the most wonderful time of the year! I thought I would by sharing what I’ve been loving this past month. First off to start with makeup I’ve been recently enjoying a new foundation. I went shopping with a friend a few months go as it was her wedding last month and we went to the Chanel counter. I picked up the vitalimere aqua foundation, now I’ve never tried anything from Chanel before as I always thought the price tag was way to out of my budget. However it was so worth it and looks so natural but still has amazing coverage. A few other makeup bits is also a brush now I bought a MAC 217 brush last month as I’ve heard so many people talk about this and it definetely deserves all the hype it gets! A few other bits that are makeup related but have use a lot over the past month are my Superdry mittens. Now I live in the UK so it can get quite cold this time year, so have cosy clothes and accessories is essential

March/April Empties

Firstly, I need to apologise for the lack of content on here recently. If you actually know me then you'll know that I have been really busy recently. However now I'm back and have quite a few empties to get through from the last couple of months. So as there are quite a few product's to get through I'm going to divide it up into sections. Starting of with make-up.  I have 3 mascara's which I've enjoyed using the first two of from Revlon, which are ultimate all in one and dramatic dentition. The other mascara is L'oreal false lash sculpt which I really like what it does to my lashes. I will definitely re-purchase the L'oreal one and all in one once I get through all the mascara's I've got on the go at the moment. The last product is one of my favourite concealer which I have since repurchase which is the Collection lasting perfection concealer. I've gone through so many of these and will continue to repurchase them as they're so good.

February Empties

So after watching a lot of project pan and empties videos, I've realised that I need to use up a lot of my products before they expire. So I've made a challenge to myself that this year I will try use up what I already have instead of just buying new stuff all the time. I will also be totalling up how much the cost of all the product's are. I think this is so important because it's so easy to go into boots or superdrug and spend £5, £10 or £20 and if you do this 4, 5, 6 times then youre spending a lot of money without realising. So starting of with makeup items, I have four product's that I managed to finish this moth. One is a primer which us the rimmel fix and perfect pro. This is a really good affordable primer and does help keep your foundation on for longer. I have also used up two concealer's one is a brightening concealer which is L'oreal Lumi Magique highlighting concealer. This I really enjoyed as it just instantly made me looked 10 times mor

My top 3 foundations

As I was looking through some of my old blog posts I realised that my favourite foundations have all changed.  So I thought that I would start with my favourite low coverage all the way through to my favourite high coverage foundation.  My foundation for low coverage/ everyday wear is the Bourjois CC cream this is amazing for everyday quick makeup routine. This does give a glowey look which I personally love as I have normal/ dry skin so this is perfect for me. It's also very affordable at £9.99. I know Bourjois is not available everywhere but if you do have assess to the brand then I would really recommend this.  My next is probably my favourite out of the 3 and this is the Clinique super balanced foundation. I know I talk about this foundation all the time but I just love it. If you have normal skin that's not super oily or dry then I would really recommend this as it just gives you such a natural coverage and just smoothes over any imperfections. This fo

This month seemed to have flown by, although there are lots of product's this month that I have been loving. First up is a perfume that my best friend bought me for Christmas and it's the Marc Jacobs Decadence perfume. This isn't going to be for everyone as it's very sweet but I however absolutely love it. It also last's really which I find to be a struggle when wearing some perfumes is that they can smell amazing at the start of the day but by lunchtime the scent has just disappeared. Would definitely recommend it's a little more pricey than some perfumes but absolutely worth it. Something that I've used pretty much everyday as I'm going to try and use it up this year is the Maybelline colour tattoo in Creamy Beige. This something that I'm going to try as use up this as I've had it for a while now and don't want it to dry out. So I've either been using this as a base or if I'm in a hurry then I will just use a fluffy brush

At the start of this year I made an inventory of all the beauty I currently have in my collection and how much they retail for. This was so that I can save some money and use up the things that I already have in my collection instead of always buying new stuff. So every month I will be empties post's but I will also be adding a total of the cost of them items that I have used up. Ted baker body lotion this was OK it did the job but it wasn't anything special. This came in a gift set with the EDT which retails for £9.99 Sure anti- perspirant, this did the job and smelled nice but that  was about it. I may repurchase this if it was on offer. This was £3.29 The other deodorant I've used up if the stress protect from Nivea. This again was alright this this is I'm not really fussy with deodorant so I'll generally pick up what's on offer. This was £1.75. I've used up a couple of bath product's as I had quite a few mini'

So I'm back after what feels like forever. I'm very sorry that I didn't finish Blogmas, I was so busy during December that I just have time to write and upload everyday! I hope that you all had an amazing Christmas and New Year and are getting back to normal after having a break. Starting of with base the primer that I've loved this year the Benefit Professional. This is only the sample size but I really enjoyed how it smooth over everything and definitely helps to keep my foundation on for longer.  For Foundation I have used the Clinique superbalanced make-up pretty much all year. If you've read my blog before then you'll know that I do struggle to find my correct shade as I'm quite fair skin. However this just feels like second skin but still gives good coverage and last's all day.   For concealer I have two. The one that I've loved for making me look more awake than I actually am is the L'oreal Lumi Magique highlight
