My Favourite lighter coverage foundations

This time of year I tend to gravitate to the more lighter coverage foundations as I feel that my skin is better in the warmer month's.


Rimmel wake me up- This is quite a classic foundation for me and I remember wearing this when I was a teenager. This definitely does have a noticeable sheen to it which a love this time of year to give me that glow. Just a note through with this foundation it can get to shiny so powdering throughout the day maybe a good idea. 


The next one is fairly new to the foundation and this is the bourjois city radiance foundation. Which does exactly what it says on the tube. This is slightly more of a heavier foundation but no where near full coverage. This product just blends into the skin so nicely and if you have normal to dry skin then I would really recommend this.



My last one I actually forgot I had (that just proves how much make-up I've got!) this is the collection colour match foundation. This is suppose to adapt to your skin however I'm not sure if it  does. One thing to note with this foundation is that it does have quite a lot of pink in the colour so if you do have more of a pink under tone then this may not look right. However the foundation is really good and it's UVA and UVB sunscreen so perfect for summer.

Top 3 concealer's

Top 3 concealer's I think concealer is something that people get confused about, what shade to pick and where to put it. This is because there two types of concealer's one that is meant to be use for spot and blemishes, which most people know about and then there is also highlighting concealer's which are used to add light to your face but still concealer's light blemishes and small blemishes within those area's.  The most famous highlighting conceal is the YSL Touche Eclat which is even through is good it's pretty pricey at £25.00. So I was in boots a while ago and saw that Barry M have tried to do a high street alternative. This is the flawless light reflector concealer, the only thing I would say about this is that it claims to be total in perfection cover. top 5 nude lips

Top 5 nude/ neutral lips  My first one is probably the most expensive of my five and it's the Clarins instant lip perfector. This product is kind of light a natural gloss which a slight colour. The scent of this product is just amazing it smells like vanilla and I just love it!! Like I said before it's the most expensive one at £18.00. My next one is from maybelline and if you saw my post earlier in the week then you may have already seen this but this is probably the most bold colour of the five but still very wearable. This is the maybelline colour sensational in petal pink. I really like this colour because it's not quite matte but it so nearly is. My third one is from rimmel and it's called nude pink. Shade name wise I think that this is quite disappointing as a nude pink I think of being a your lips but better, however this lipstick has quite a orangery undertone.
