what's in july's makeup bag?

So this months I have been trying a few new products and thought I would run you threw what I am using so of these products are new and I will be doing a proper run down of using and what I think of them.

So my makeup was actually a present from my friend for christmas which I love but I am not sure where it's from but the brand is called sakroots so I'm sure you can find it's online. So the actual size of the bag is great because I can fit everything in it and I'm still able to throw it in my bag and do my makeup on the go if needed.

So the first thing in my makeup bag is my current foundation and it's the maybelline fit me foundation. I bought the concealer ages ago and decided to try the foundation. In my opinion I love it, it's a very standard foundation it hasn't got amazing coverage but it's definitely acceptable for everyday wear. the other reason I love this foundation is because it's so quick to blend it and doesn't look super shiny so if you have normal skin I would say you don't need to powder.  the shade I have is 115 which is brilliant for very pale skin.

If you are in a hurry I find that using BB is so much easier as you can whip it on and you can get a decent amount of product. That's why I use the Topshop BB cream on those days where I am in rush. I have also done a separate on this product as well.

For concealer I am using a cult product which I am not going to go into to much detail as I know so many people have raved about this product and it's the collection lasting perfection concealer in light. I know you can't see the name that's because the writing has rubbed off. I used this for both under eyes and spots and I love it!!

With my foundation and concealer I use the real techniques expert foundation which I love!! The brush is so different to every other brush I have seen on the market and it's so good at blending in foundation and concealer. You can get real techniques from boots and superdrug as well. 

For eyes I have been using another popular cult product that has got so much hype at the moment which I totally agree with and it the maybelline colour tattoo 24hr in on and on bronze. This product is amazing to use if you are in hurry because you can either you a brush or your finger and belnd it in and your done, or you use this as a eyeshadow based so if you want to create a smoky eyes you can put this on as a based and this put eyeshadow over the top.

For mascara I am using the lash accelerator endless by rimmel which I have also done a post for so go check that out if you more information.

For bronzer I am using the Boujous delice de poudre which is also quite a well known product in the beauty blogging world. The product smells and looks like chocolate which is a bonus and I have the shade 51 which is perfect for my skin tone. 

 Finally for lips I have 3 product that are quite different the first is quite a new product to my collection and it's the Maybelline colour elixir in the colour Rose refined and it's quite a poppy colour but it can be sheered down. The packaging is quite high-end looking and I really like them for applying to lips as the applicator is bent so it's easier to apply. the colour range of these are also brilliant.

My next and last two products are actually my only two high end lip products as I'm a drugstore/highstreet at heart and the first is the Clarins instant lip perfect in 01 which is quite a natural colour. The scent is very sweet so if you don't like highly scented products then these might not be for you. This is the kind of product that you can throw in you bag and apply without a mirror to achieve a shine to the lips.
