If you saw my facebook https://www.facebook.com/livinglifewithbeauty then you will know that I  took a little trip to my local boots the other day. I had two objectives that I wanted to get done while I was in there the first one was that I wanted to see what was new and also too pick up a few things for my holiday in a couple of weeks. 



So my first things is my vitamins which are Bassetts soft and chewy heathy balance multi vitamins. If you read my who I am post then you will know that I have a epilepsy, so this means that I have take quite a lot of mediation to control this. That's why I buy this vitamins because there are more like fruit chewy's rather than taking another tablet. I got these on 3 for 2 which means they were £2.98. 




My next few things are new or newish releases in boots and I will be doing separate review's on these so watch out for those over the next couple of weeks. 


The last few things are for my holiday in a couple weeks as I needed to pick up a few bits to make sure that I have everything I could possibly need for my week away.  

The first thing is the Garnier micellar water but in the travel size which is 125ml which is so handy because it means that I can take a decent makeup remover without it taking to much room in my bag. This product is £1.99 at the moment. 

My next product the false lash superstar which is the mascara of the advert that Jennifer Lopez stars in and no I didn't buy it because of the advert I actually like the idea of the product. Basically it a two step product so get a sort of lash primer for the first step and then you get a black mascara for the 2nd step. The mascara is £10.99 but is usually on some kind of deal like 3 for 2. 

The last that I picked up for the new stuff is a eyeshadow palette from maybelline. It's the nudes eye shadow and it consists of 12 eyeshadow's with a mix of matte's and shimmer's. The palette itself is quite small so it's perfect to take away with to create anything from a soft daytime look to a dramatic smoky eye for the evening. The palette is also just £7.99 at the moment rather than £9.99.

Then you will know that I was unsure about taking an extra mini set of shampoo and conditioner as I didn't know how long they would last. Following that I have decided to take an extra set and they are the Charles Worthington Salon at Home Moisture seal. I have already tried strength and repair full size from this range and loved them so I thought I would give these a go. As these product were on a 3 for 2 I decided to also picked up the strength and repair heat defence spray to make sure that my hair is protected while I am away and these were all together 2.98!! 


My last two things are necessities when traveling and they are a mini toothpaste and a small pack of cotton rounds to use with the makeup remover.  The products were £1.99 and £1.45 

I have also ordered a travel toothbrush from amazon so I will let you know how I get on with that!!

top 5 nude lips

Top 5 nude/ neutral lips  My first one is probably the most expensive of my five and it's the Clarins instant lip perfector. This product is kind of light a natural gloss which a slight colour. The scent of this product is just amazing it smells like vanilla and I just love it!! Like I said before it's the most expensive one at £18.00. My next one is from maybelline and if you saw my post earlier in the week then you may have already seen this but this is probably the most bold colour of the five but still very wearable. This is the maybelline colour sensational in petal pink. I really like this colour because it's not quite matte but it so nearly is. My third one is from rimmel and it's called nude pink. Shade name wise I think that this is quite disappointing as a nude pink I think of being a your lips but better, however this lipstick has quite a orangery undertone. blogmas day 6! soap and glory gift set

Soap and glory mini gift set's Every year soap and glory come out with some amazing christmas that you definitely get your money's worth. This is actually last year bag but I have put in the bag the product's that You get in the set for this year. I personally love these set's because they are so easy to travel with and because they are so small you can take everything you need with you. The set this year is called bright and bubbly and it comes in a box, which personally I prefer the bag as you can also used for travelling. The set retails for £10 which I think is amazing value as you get 4 products and a shower flower thing (what are they called?). Within the set is the clean on me shower cream/gel which is really moisturising and it has the classic soap and glory scent.  Glad hair day which is their shampoo, I haven't actually tried this but it's the perfect size to take away with you.
