A few months ago I purchased this palette because I heard so many good things about the brand. Since I kind of forgot about it. However recently I have been using it again and I absolutely love it!! I find the packaging really good because it doesn't have any excess packaging and even through it doesn't have a obvious closing it has quite strong magnet so it does closed and stay closed really well. Inside there is a mixture because matte's and shimmers. There is also a good range of colours because you can have quite a basic everyday but with using the darker shades you can also have a deeper, darker look as well. The only down side is that it doesn't have a mirror which sometimes is a good thing because I find that opening and closing these kind of products you get so much powder on the mirror which means you are constantly cleaning it or just don't use it. 

I find Zoeva is one of those brands that not many people talk about and I think that because you can only get it online. However if you are in the position to buy online then I would really recommend trying one of their palette as they are really good and they also do colourful palette's as well so if you are experimental with your eyes then I would give them a go.

Always remember where we came from

Over the past couple of months I feel that my body has let me down in many ways. It made me ill out of blue which meant I had to build myself up again which I wasn't planning to do. However after doing this I've know realised what's important, after having this blog for nearly 6 years and posting about beauty and my story it's important to remember why I do what I do. I was at a family event yesterday, and after speaking to one of my relatives who actually reads this blog, I suddenly realised that I've kind of lost touch with why I do, what I do. My story is unique and I am very lucky to have a physical condition but still be able to do what I love. That's partly why I set this up in the first place, is to show that even through you have something that could potentially hold you back that doesn't mean that it should. An alternative to the tangleteezer....

I've heard so many people talk about how much they love the Tangleteezer. So being a blogger I knew I needed to try it out. After trying it I didn't really get on with it. I understand the shape of it, is meant to fit nicely into your hand and make it easy to brush you hair. However I just found it really hard to grip to actually brush my hair.  So following this if you saw my post on friday you will know that I opened the Look Fantastic box for this month. Within this was the wet brush and after using it for a couple of days I find it so much easier to use. I think because it's an actual hairbrush but at the same glides through wet hair getting out any knots.
