product's I used for a wedding

product's I used for a wedding

This weekend I went to a family wedding which was so much fun. Unfortunately I was unable to do a picture of my makeup and outfit before I left so am unable to show the final look. However what I can do is tell you the product's I used and how well they worked for me.

So starting with skincare I used the same products that I show you in my skincare post. So the first thing I did was apply my cleanser which is the Body shop vitamin E cream cleanser which I really love because it's not to heavy on the skin but still is really good at clearly up blemishes. For moisturiser I used the simple moisturiser which I love as well because it does put hydration in your skin but still not too heavy.

For primer I used the rimmel fix and perfect primmer which I really love and it did help my makeup stay on longer and also because of the time of year I was going from different temperatures throughout the day so I think I gave it a good test and it came on top. I also added some more makeup for the evening and it still worked.

For foundation I didn't want anything to heavy because I knew that I would be wearing for 12 hours+ so I went for the Boujois heathy mix serum which is one of my favourite bases it feels so nice on the skin and blends really easily. For concealer I used two which if you are a regular reader of my blog then this will be no surprise to you but for spots and redness I used my collection lasting perfection concealer and for under eyes and the top of the cheek bones I used my barry M flawless light reflector.

For blush and bronzer/ contour I used the Revolution ultra blush palette in golden sugar which is one of my favourite things at the moment. I used the pinky blush and the highlight which I love.

As I was out all day I put on some powder over my t-zone and for this I used one of my favourite powder which is the rimmel Stay- Matte powder.

For eyes I used one of my favourite palette which is the Urban Decay Naked 2. The shades I used for this look was foxy, tease, verve and YDK for a smoky, shimmery eye.

For mascara I used my favourite mascara of all time which is the maybelline last sensational to create just a little bit of something because I didn't want to go crazy with my lashes and I have quite a lot of shadow's on my eyelids.

And last but on means least for makeup I used my favourite lipstick which is MAC Syrup. As my eyes were quite dramatic I didn't want to go to bright on the lips. This shade is quite plumy/ pink so you can definitely tell there is something on your lips and it also does a slight sheen which I love.

AND THE FINAL LOOK A LITTLE SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!
