This the second post showing what look's I've created using product's from the same make-up bag. Today has been quite a chilled day so having nothing to high coverage on.  Althrough this has turn out to be quite a chilled day today, I wasn't sure what I would be doing so I put on m y fix and protect primer to make sure that my foundation lasted all day.  For foundation I've got the true match foundation which I'm still absolutely loving.    I know this wasn't in my original post but I felt this my under needed a little bit more light this morning. So I used the lumi concealer from l'oreal.  For blemishes I used the collection lasting perfection concealer.  Mascara I used the false lash effect from max factor which I'm obsess with at the moment. I wanted to do a slightly different post to try and add some diversity. So I thought I was share the 5 places that I like to shop and browse for beauty.  I've recently discovered beauty bay and they have amazing brands like zoeeva that you can't get from the high street. I absolutely love their body butter's they are so rich both in texture and in scent. They also do some great skincare product's that seem under rated.   Boot's is somewhere I could spend hours. They have so many product's from all different brands. I really like there larger store but I don't think my bank balance does.  Feelunique.com is also a amazing website to just browse I've actually been using them a lot recently as they are the exclusive stockists of Fleur de force make-up range.  TK MAXX is somewhere I could spend hour's in. You do have to sometimes work but if you have the patience and go on the right day you can find high-end makeup ...

If you haven't been reading my blog recently then you won't know that I have been going on and on about two palettes that are very simIlar so I thought why not compare. One of them I actually received as a gift so I was a bit nervous to do this comparison as I didn't want to be ungrateful. The 1st is the make-up revolution death by chocolate which I have been going on and on about since I got it.  The other one is my most recent purchase from too face and this is the semi-sweet chocolate bar palette. This I have been using so much ever since I got it.  Packaging wise they are both very similar with a chocolate detail on the front. They both also have a mirror inside which is very handy to have if you're on the go. They actual feel of the palettes is quite different the make-up revolution feels quite plastic but for the money is really good. Generally I don't like wearing full coverage foundations on a day to day basis as I like my skin to breathe and I also find that if I wear this type of foundations for too many consecutive days that my skin starts to break out.  However if I'm attending events or going out for the day then I will generally wear a full coverage foundation so I know that it will last's.  My first one is a fairly new foundation but I love it. It's the rimmel lasting finish 25hr foundation. This blends so nicely into the skin and gives me amazing coverage. I have the colour ivory which is a good match for my skin.  My second one is the max factor face finity. This is a primer, foundation and concealer all in one. However I will also generally put concealer over the top to target certain areas that need a bit more  coverage.  

I did these last month and really enjoyed so here is the first installment of what look I do with the make-up I have in my make-up bag.  So first up I used the rimmel lasting finish foundation in 100 ivory which is a good match for me.  For concealer I have only used one today as I'm not doing a lot. So I've only put the collection lasting perfection concealer on any areas where I feel it's needed.  For mascara I've use the max factor false lash effect mascara which I really, really like. This gives me serious volume which I love.  Finally for lips I didn't want to much so I've put on one of my very recent purchases and it's the clarins instant lip perfector in 07. 

Mascara is quite a personal thing and normally it depend's on the brush to whether you like or not. However these are my favourite mascara's for adding volume and length.   My first one is one that I have talked about so much ever since I picked it up at the start of february. It's the revlon ultimate all in one and this gives me some serious volume and length. My newest mascara and if you read my haul the other day then you would have known that I got this in the free set. This is the false lash effect from Max Factor.  I'm so glad I did because I've never tried their mascara before. I really like this because it's so easy to build volume quite easily. I have this in brown/ black which normally I don't like, normally I only like black mascara but this build's volume without looking to un-natural. I did this last month and really enjoyed it because it meant that I was using the same pool of product's everyday. This meant that I was giving them a real test and seeing how they wear. Obviously being a blogger I do buy a lot of product's so I am very fickle with what make-up I wear. So this idea I really like and it's so much easier to get ready in the morning. I'm still using the same make-up bag because I can fit so much in it and I love the design.  Starting with base I have two foundation's. One of them I only picked up yesterday as I wanted to do a comparison.
